Email privacy
This note covers the email signup on veyragrove.org. Etsy purchases and messages are handled under Etsy’s policies.
What the signup collects
The form stores the email address you enter, a source label for this website, and the submission time. Cloudflare may also process standard request information to host and protect the site.
How the information is used
Your email address is used only for notices when new VeyraGrove listings go live on Etsy. It is not used for Etsy checkout or file delivery.
Where the address is stored
The signup is processed by a Cloudflare Worker and stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database controlled by VeyraGrove. Email addresses are not sold.
Retention and choice
Your email address is kept until you unsubscribe, ask VeyraGrove to remove it, or it is no longer needed for listing notifications. New-listing emails will include a way to unsubscribe.
